• 下单成功：供应商已接受订单；仍应以详情中实际显示的交付结果确认收到内容。
• 失败并回补：对应订单失败，所扣金额已回补钱包；请结合余额明细核对。
• 人工核对：系统取得的结果不确定，需要进一步查证。

不同商品的交付速度受供应商和网络情况影响；具体时间如有承诺，会在该商品页面显示。我们不作全站“即时交付”的统一保证。若订单详情没有交付结果、凭证无效或与描述不符，请及时联系支持，并按退款政策处理。请保留订单号及必要的错误截图。

Stock and quotes may change; the valid quote at final submission applies. A catalogue or feature not enabled for ordering does not provide an actual delivery service.

For account products, available delivery information is shown in the relevant order detail after wallet deduction and supplier processing confirmation. This may include digital credentials, instructions or supplier-provided information, as described in the listing. Sign in and open “My Orders”. A wallet debit alone does not establish successful delivery. SMS-related results are provided according to the features actually enabled and shown in the order interface.

• Processing or awaiting review: the final outcome is not confirmed; do not place a duplicate order on that basis.
• Order placed: the supplier has accepted the order; check the actual delivery content in its details.
• Failed and credited: the order failed and the deducted amount was returned to the wallet; reconcile this with wallet entries.
• Manual review: the system received an uncertain result that needs investigation.

Delivery speed depends on the product, supplier and network. Any specific delivery commitment will appear in that listing. We do not make a site-wide instant-delivery guarantee. Contact support promptly if no delivery appears, credentials are invalid or the product materially differs from its description; the Refund Policy applies. Keep the order reference and necessary error screenshots.

Digital credentials and messages may contain personal or account information. Keep them secure, do not publish them, and complete relevant settings in accordance with the listing and platform rules. Do not send support unrelated passwords or complete sensitive information.
